If you do not receive confirmation within 60 minutes of submitting payment information online or via telephone, please contact the BCCV Box Office on 03 5671 2470 or email: boxoffice@basscoast.vic.gov.au as soon as possible and a friendly team member will assist you. BCCV will not be responsible for any loss incurred where the patron did not receive confirmation and made no attempt to confirm the order.
Tickets for collection at BCCV Box Office are available to collect during trading hours.
Tickets can be reprinted by BCCV up to one hour prior to performance commencement.
The ticket holder will need to provide suitable identification when requesting ticket reprints.
General Admission tickets are transferable, as they are not assigned to a customer’s account and should be treated like cash.
Bass Coast Cultural Venues provides key performance information, including special effects notices and audience advice on the BCCV website, ticketing page and centre signage.
Performance information is provided by each individual production company and as a result, details and specifics may vary from show to show. If you have additional questions related to your needs, please contact the BCCV Box Office team ahead of purchasing your tickets.
All tickets sales are final. Tickets are not refundable, and not available for exchange once issued except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise advised.
Patrons will have the option to request a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed show by contacting BCCV Box Office prior to the announcement of the new show date.
In the event of show postponement, ticket refund authorisation remains with the production company.
In the event of a cancellation, the refund will be processed as per the original method of payment (cash, credit card, EFTPOS) and may require the patron to attend the BCCV Box Office in person to finalise the transaction.
Holders of the concession cards below are offered concession rates for shows where concession tickets are advertised. If requested, patrons must be able to present their concession cards at the show.

Some production companies vary or limit the type of concession cards they accept. In such instances, this information will be noted on the BCCV website and ticketing page.
Bass Coast Cultural Venues honours the Companion Card Scheme. Cardholders are entitled to a free ticket for shows they attend as companions. Card holders must provide a valid Companion Card or Companion Card number at the time of booking, collection and/or at the show.
Only the person whose photograph and name appear on the card can use the Companion Card. The companion ticket is not valid unless the cardholder is present.
All tickets to shows and events at Bass Coast Cultural Venues are sold on the BCCV website only: www.basscoastculturalvenues.com
The BCCV website uses TryBooking for ticket sales. Patrons will be automatically transferred to the merchant page.
Do not purchase tickets from any other website other than the Bass Coast Cultural Venues website. Tickets purchased from other sources may be unauthorised and unauthorised tickets will not be honoured, including refunds.
