About
The program will feature award-winning national and international films and animations. As part of the festival there will also be forums and Q & As with filmmakers and screen industry guests, and a 2-day workshop for emerging filmmakers in the lead-up to the festival.
Entries are open until January 31 with awards in the following areas:
1. Local (from Bass Coast & South Gippsland region)
2. Schools/Under 18
3. Animation
4. Documentary
5. Music Video
6. Coastal Life
7. People and Place
8. Environmental
9. Inclusivity
10. Screenplay
11. First Nations Stories
12. Emerging Talent
Each screening is a different program of short films showcasing selected entries.
Tickets are $20 per session ($14 concession)
The Festival Forum is free and features Q & A with an industry guest. All welcome.

Tickets to events at Berninneit can be pre-purchased online and in person at the Bass Coast Shire Council Customer and Visitor Service, open daily at Berninneit, see hours here. Available tickets can also be purchased prior to screenings and performances. Doors open 30 minutes prior to cinema sessions and 60 minutes prior to live performances. We strongly recommend that you pre-purchase tickets ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
Accessible seating is available.
