Dance Design’s Annual End of Year Concert featuring “On Broadway”. Act 1 is a showcase of dances from all of Broadways greatest shows. Our students have been rehearsing for the past 10 months and this half of the show will share all they have learnt in their classes. Act 2 is the pantomime ‘How far I’ll Go’, with the students bringing characters to life through dance. 

How far I’ll Go, is the uplifting story of a courageous young woman, “Moana” who answers the call of the ocean to save her island and her people. Venturing far beyond the reef, she faces storms, monsters, and her own fears, guided by her determination and the wisdom of her ancestors. Along the way, she joins forces with the mischievous demigod Maui, and together they embark on a daring quest to restore the heart of Te Fiti and bring life back to the world. At its core, Moana is a celebration of bravery, resilience, and the importance of staying true to yourself, reminding us all that the journey to discovering who we are can be just as important as the destination.
